Unworn items of jewellery can be returned within 14 days for a full refund [excluding postage] if you are not fully satisfied with the item.
How are items posted?
All items of jewellery, sent to the UK, are sent 1st class recorded Royal Mail.
How can I pay?
The preferred method of payment is on line, you can pay by any major credit or debt card on line. You may also order over the phone or by cheque or postal order, please see the Delivery Options page for more details.
Are my card details secure?
We do not read or store any of your card details, all financial transactions take place on PayPal's secure servers. If you have any queries about this security please see the PayPal website: www.paypal.com
Do I need a PayPal account to pay online?
You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. When you enter the PayPal site to make a payment for your order you can click a link above the pictures of the accepted credit cards. You maybe asked by PayPal to set up an account but this is not a requirement.
